Well, I dragged my butt back to Weight Watchers today..

And it wasn't as bad as I expected! I gained, but really I knew I would because my last weigh in was on the first day I had felt human after battling the flu! I was dehydrated and hadn't eaten a normal meal in over a week, of COURSE I lost a lot that week, LOL! I knew I would gain some of it back as well.

So I am not unhappy with the results of todays weigh in. I mean, sure I would have liked to have lost, but I have not been OP truly for at least 3 weeks!! I can't expect to lose if I don't work the plan right??

So I am back to journaling today, and I hopefully will be able to work out tonight, though I haven't been due to shooting pains in the bottom of my foot. Just as my friend Angela told me, my feet are getting messed up from exercising with out shoes. Guess I better get busy finding some affordable tennis shoes for working out ;)

Day 4 of 30 Day Challenge!

YAY!! I survived Day 4, and even decided (stupidly) do work out a little bit more after finishing it.

I decided that part of my shoulder problems stem from the strange way in which on has to move when using the resistance bands. So I thought, what about just using weights? No band, no strange movement. So DH picked me up theses at Target this evening



They worked WONDERS for helping my shoulder!! It wasn't perfect, and I had to do the last of the reps with no weights at all, but something is better then nothing, right??

After I finished my challenge day, I made my own workout by putting all the random sports ones together, on Long and Hard. BIG MISTAKE!! Well, only for one particular sport. The basketball, volleyball and baseball were all fun and totally do able. Inline Skating?? I barely survived!!! 24 jumps in a row!! 24!!! (my balance board batteries are dead, so I had to do it the other way, crouch and jump!) Plus, somehow when I am jumping I keep hurting my left hand?1? It's not holding a Wii, it's not doing anything, get I keep getting a pain in the palm?? WEIRD!!

I did not however do well on my points today, nor did I make it to a WW meeting. I gotta get that all back on track!

Wow, it's been a while..

But today I am back on the horse...

At least the exercise horse, counting points will have to wait till tomorrow...

I did day 4 of my (so NOT gonna get it done in) 30 Day Challenge. I was introduced to Inline skating with out the balance board (batteries were dead), and having to go over the jumps, OUCH and Jump Squats DOUBLE OUCH!!

And all this jumping has convinced me I need a new exercise bra, mine just ain't cutting it anymore, LOL!. And I need shoes, I have been working out barefooted, but I think shoes are going to become necessary..

But I can say, that working out today was fun! I had to stop part way through because of all the crazy things, my feet started itching like CRAZY! I google around and found this isn't uncommon when it's hot. Let's hope it doesn't become an ongoing problem ;)

Finished Day 4 of the EAS Active 30 Day Challenge ;)

I used my new wireless nunchuk today. It needs some work, unfortunately. It seems the one I purchased can also be used as a classic Nintendo controller, so there is this badly placed button which switched it from nunchuk to classic mode :( So, I was doing it randomly while exercising. Once I get that figured out, I think it will really be a good thing! No more whipping myself in the face with the wire! WOOT!

I didn't feel that today was as good of a work out as Tuesday was. The side to side jumps were tough, but that was a balance issue, LOL! And I am having trouble with the shoulder presses, but that is my issue with weird joints. I can do them find with out the band, with it, my right shoulder randomly pops out of place, yeah I know, it's weird.

I am enjoying earning those trophies, and meeting those goals. After my workout, I played Raving Rabbids with DD for a while, and that was fun.
